Rental Information

Lease Lengths

We offer leases anywhere between 6 and 12 months for renewing residents. When beginning your tenancy with us, we do usually require a 12 month lease to start. After your lease term is up, you may choose to go month-to-month for an additional monthly fee. 


Application & Screening


Prior to move-in, all prospective residents who are 18 or older must fill out a Rental Application and pay the $35 non-refundable screening fee. Applicants must present valid picture ID (such as a driver's license, state ID card, or passport) and proof of Social Security Number (or immigration status paperwork).

   Screening includes:

  • Verifying the information provided on the Rental Application.

  • Confirming income to verify that the household income is at least three times the rent and utilities.

  • Contacting present and previous landlords for rental history.

  • Obtaining a credit report from a credit reporting agency.

  • Reviewing public records including criminal, court, and sex offender records.

  • Checking personal references

Move In Costs

Move in costs typically include a security deposit, screening fee, administrative fee, and any pro rated rent and utility charges. Pet deposits and a pet fee can also be required. These amounts can vary, please contact us for more information.

I59 - Available Now. This apartment has wood like flooring. It is on the ground floor and includes a washer/dryer


I60 - Available Now. This is a ground floor apartment with an open floor plan and wood like flooring


D25 - Available 8/30/2020. This is a pet friendly, ground floor apartment with carpeting throughout and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.


Three bedroom one bath:

K71 - Available 8/20/2020. This apartment is on the second floor. It has vaulted ceilings, carpeting throughout, and a private balcony. It includes a washer/dryer.


H54 -  Available 9/10/2020 This is a ground floor apartment with upgraded features. A washer/dryer is included. 


N90 -  Available 9/20/2020 This is a pet friendly, second floor apartment. Features include a washer/dryer and private balcony.
